慢性牙周炎患者种植修复后龈沟液中IL-1及IL-6的水平变化研究
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the correlation between chronic periodontitis and peri-implant periodontitis by observing the clinical effect and the changes of IL-1 and IL-6 in patients with chronic periodontitis within one year after dental implant repair. To provide a theoretical basis for implant repair in patients with chronic periodontitis. Methods: Twenty-eight implants of 18 patients with chronic periodontitis were randomly selected as group A and 20 implants of 15 healthy people as group B. The modified plaque index (m PLI), modified gingival sulcus bleeding index (m SBI), probing depth (PD) and marginal bone resorption (MBL) were detected at 12 months after implant restoration in group A and B, and the contents of IL-1 尾 and IL-6 in gingival crevicular fluid were detected by ELISA method. At the same time, the survival rate of implant was recorded one year after implant restoration. The experimental data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software package. Results: the survival rate of implants in two groups was 100% within one year. Horizontal comparison: 1. The content of m PLI,MBL,IL-6 in chronic periodontitis group and periodontal health group was significantly different 3 months after implant repair. However, there was no significant difference in m SBI and PD between the two groups at 1 month and 3 months after implant repair, but there was a significant difference between the two groups at the beginning of 6 months. Vertical comparison: 1. There was no significant difference in improved plaque index (m PLI) between the two groups. The difference of IL-1 尾 content between the two groups was statistically significant, the range of change was the same. 3. 3. The change of IL-6 content in gingival crevicular fluid in chronic periodontitis group was greater than that in healthy periodontal group 3 months after implantation. There was significant difference in m SBI,MBL,PD between the two groups at the beginning of 6 months after implant repair, and the change of m SBI,MBL,PD in chronic periodontitis group was larger than that in healthy periodontal group. Conclusion 1. In the short term, the implant repair of chronic periodontitis dentition defect can obtain good clinical effect. 2. 2. Patients with chronic periodontitis are at greater risk of peri-implant inflammation. In order to improve the long-term success rate of implant denture, especially in patients with chronic periodontitis, the clean maintenance of implant denture should be paid attention to in the early stage after the restoration of implant denture, especially in patients with chronic periodontitis.
