米诺环素缓释剂对炎症根尖周渗出液中白细胞介素17表达的影响

【摘要】:背景:米诺环素作为根管消毒药物,其疗效、安全性及免疫学评估尚需相应实验证明。目的:观察米诺环素对根管渗出液体积及白细胞介素17水平的影响。方法:试验组纳入根尖周病急性期需进行根管治疗的患者16例,随机分为2组,氢氧化钙组以氢氧化钙糊剂消毒根管,米诺环素组以米诺环素缓释剂软膏消毒根管,1周后复诊,检测根尖周指数、根尖周渗出液体积及白细胞介素17水平,完成根管充填;对照组纳入牙髓正常但需要进行根管治疗的患者16例,行一次性根管充填,检测根尖周指数、根尖周渗出液体积及白细胞介素17水平。结果与结论:(1)试验组根尖周渗出液体积及白细胞介素17水平均高于对照组(P0.05);(2)米诺环素组、氢氧化钙组治疗1周后的根尖周指数、白细胞介素17水平均低于治疗前(P0.05);(3)米诺环素组与氢氧化钙组治疗1周后的根尖周指数、根尖周渗出液体积及白细胞介素17水平比较差异均无显著性意义;(4)结果表明,米诺环素通过抑制白细胞介素17的表达降低根尖周病根尖区炎症的渗出,有效治疗根尖周病。
[Abstract]:Background: the efficacy, safety and immunological evaluation of minocycline as a root canal disinfectant need to be proved. Aim: to observe the effect of minocycline on the volume of root canal exudate and the level of interleukin 17. Methods: sixteen patients with periapical disease were randomly divided into two groups. Calcium hydroxide group disinfected root canal with calcium hydroxide paste and minocycline group disinfected root canal with minocycline sustained-release ointment. Periapical index, periapical exudate volume and interleukin-17 level were measured to complete root canal filling. Periapical exudate volume and interleukin 17 level. Results and conclusion: (1) the periapical exudate volume and interleukin 17 level in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P0.05); (2) minocycline group, and the periapical index in the calcium hydroxide group after 1 week treatment. The levels of interleukin 17 were lower than those before treatment (P0.05); (3). There was no significant difference in periapical index, periapical exudate volume and interleukin 17 level between minocycline group and calcium hydroxide group one week after treatment. Minocycline can effectively treat periapical disease by inhibiting the expression of interleukin 17 and reducing the exudation of periapical inflammation.
