正畸矫治器对语音功能的影响及其机制和改进措施

【摘要】：在正畸治疗过程中伴随正畸矫治器的戴入,患者的语音功能通常会发生不同程度的改变。正畸矫治器可引起少数元音和部分辅音失真,其中舌侧固定矫治器对语音的影响较大,持续时间较长,可对日常沟通以及某些特定的语言类工作产生一定影响。由于唇、舌等发音器官具有一定的代偿功能,所以这种特殊的语音障碍通常具有自限性。此外,采取适当的临床措施和语音训练也可帮助患者缩短其影响时间。本文就正畸矫治器对语音功能的影响、影响机制及因素、改进措施等研究进展作一综述,以期对临床治疗有所帮助。
[Abstract]:In the process of orthodontic treatment, with the wearing of orthodontic appliance, the speech function of patients usually changes in varying degrees. Orthodontic appliance can cause distortion of a few vowels and some consonants, among which lingual fixed appliance has a great influence on speech and lasts for a long time, which can have some influence on daily communication and some specific language work. Because the vocal organs such as lips and tongue have a certain compensation function, this special phonetic disorder is usually self-limited. In addition, appropriate clinical measures and voice training can also help patients shorten their impact time. In this paper, the influence of orthodontic appliance on speech function, its mechanism and factors, and the improvement measures are reviewed in order to be helpful to clinical treatment.
