计算机辅助设计种植导板精确性及其影响因素

【摘要】:数字化已经成为口腔种植领域乃至整个口腔技术发展的新趋势。数字化导板,即牙种植导向模板技术,逐渐走入市场。数字化口腔种植技术凭借直观的术前设计和简易的手术方式,可实现不翻瓣种植及术后即刻修复等,但也存在精准度不确定并由此可能产生严重并发症的问题。本文旨在介绍数字化导板的分类,分析数字化口腔种植技术的优缺点,评价数字化导板的精确性和影响数字化导板精确性的相关因素,以期为临床医师在应用该技术过程中提供参考。
[Abstract]:The digitization has become a new trend of the development of the oral cavity and the whole of the whole oral cavity. The digital guide plate, namely the tooth planting guide template technology, is gradually entering the market. The digital oral planting technology can realize non-flap planting and immediate repair after operation by means of an intuitive pre-operation design and a simple operation mode, but also has the problem that the precision degree is not determined and the serious complication can be generated. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the classification of the digital guide plate, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the digital oral cavity planting technology, evaluate the accuracy of the digital guide plate and the related factors that affect the accuracy of the digital guide plate, so as to provide the reference for the clinician in the application of the technology.
