枕下三角的应用解剖学研究

【摘要】： 枕下三角位于枕下、项区上部深层,是由椎枕肌围成的三角。其中走行着椎动脉、椎静脉丛、第一、第二颈神经后支等,其浅面是项部的中层和浅层肌肉,在肌肉中走行着枕动脉及其分支等结构。由于枕下三角是个肌性的区域,此区域的大小与构成三角的肌肉的发育程度、后天的锻炼等因素有直接关系,结构比较复杂,并且与周围许多结构关系密切。近年来,国内外的许多学者对枕下三角的内容做了研究,但由于对该区域结构的研究角度的不同,使得枕下三角区域的解剖学数据资料仍显不足。而且对枕下三角的定义也没有提出明确的概念。本文利用20具(40侧)防腐成人头颅标本,进行显微解剖,观察枕下三角的形态结构,椎动脉、枕动脉的形态,对重要结构进行量化分析,并对第一、第二颈神经后支走行、分支以及该区域与周围结构的关系、尤其对枕大神经等做了研究。以期望为今后的临床手术及保护重要的神经、血管提供显微解剖学依据。
[Abstract]:The suboccipital triangle is located in the suboccipital region and is a triangle surrounded by the occipital muscles. Among them, the vertebral artery, the vertebral plexus, the first and second posterior branches of the cervical nerve, etc., the superficial surface of which is the middle and superficial muscles of the nape, and the occipital artery and its branches in the muscle. Because the suboccipital triangle is a muscular region, the size of the region is directly related to the development degree of the muscles that constitute the triangle, the acquired exercise and other factors, the structure is relatively complex, and it is closely related to many structures around it. In recent years, many scholars at home and abroad have done research on the content of the suboccipital triangle, but because of the different angles of research on the structure of the region, the anatomical data of the suboccipital triangle are still insufficient. Moreover, the definition of the suboccipital triangle is not clearly defined. In this paper, 20 antiseptic adult head specimens were used to observe the morphological structure of the suboccipital triangle, vertebral artery, occipital artery, quantitative analysis of the important structure, and the first and second posterior branches of the cervical nerve. The branches and the relationship between the region and the surrounding structures, especially the greater occipital nerve, were studied. It is expected to provide microanatomical basis for clinical operation and protection of important nerves and blood vessels in the future.
