目的探讨CT设备的CT值线性的评价方法。方法采用Catphan500体模,在相同扫描条件下对43台CT设备实施检测。对每台设备的检测结果做1、2阶曲线拟合,定义2阶拟合曲线的弯曲程度为CT值非线性度,计算拟合参数的2-范数来评价拟合品质,计算拟合直线的斜率及其拟合参数的2-范数来评价对比度标度和拟合品质。采用MATLAB6.1编程。结果比较拟合参数的2-范数,表明2阶拟合曲线更符合母体分布规律;2阶拟合曲线的弯曲程度随直线拟合参数的2-范数的增长呈单调增长趋势,很好地反映了非线性度。结论对检测结果分别做1、2阶曲线拟合,从而定义CT值非线性度和对比度标度是符合统计学原理的,达到了定量分析的目的。
