废用性肌萎缩的发生机制及治疗策略

【摘要】：正临床上,因机体患病(如瘫痪、心血管疾病、肌肉拉伤),或治疗措施(如骨折固定)的要求,患者需要长时间的卧床休息和制动,如果不进行康复治疗,极易诱发废用性肌萎缩;随着我国航天事业的迅速发展,失重状态下的废用性肌萎缩也是航天医学亟待解决的问题。有很多研究关注废用性肌萎缩,但废用性肌萎缩的发生机制仍远未完全阐明,且治疗方法也较局限,目前临床上主要采用运动疗法(如抗阻训练、耐力训练等)和电刺激疗法等用于预防和治疗废用性肌萎缩。
[Abstract]:Clinically, patients need to stay in bed for long periods of rest and immobilization if they do not undergo rehabilitation because of illness (such as paralysis, cardiovascular disease, muscle strain, or treatment, such as fracture fixation). It is easy to induce disused muscle atrophy. With the rapid development of the space industry in China, abandoned muscle atrophy in weightlessness is also an urgent problem in aerospace medicine. However, the mechanism of disused muscular atrophy is still far from fully elucidated, and the treatment is limited. At present, the main clinical use of exercise therapy (such as resistance training). Endurance training, etc.) and electrical stimulation therapy are used to prevent and treat disused muscular atrophy.
