O-MAR技术在颅内动脉瘤栓塞术后CTA中的应用

【摘要】:目的 :探讨O-MAR技术在颅内动脉瘤栓塞术后CTA中的临床应用价值。方法 :收集25例颅内动脉瘤栓塞术后CTA检查的原始数据,分别采用常规FBP重建(A组)和FBP+O-MAR重建(B组)。采用Mann-Whitney U秩和检验主观比较O-MAR去除金属伪影的效果;采用配对样本t检验或Mann-Whitney U秩和检验比较两组的客观指标(伪影的长度、弹簧圈附近组织的CT值及噪声值)的差异。结果:B组的主观评分显著高于A组(U=0.00,P0.01)。B组较A组的伪影长度显著减短(分别为(15.4±3.2)mm和(38.8±7.1)mm,t=7.73,P0.01)、CT值增高更接近于正常组织(t=2.99,P0.05)、噪声值减低(分别为(35.1±12.5)HU和(137.5±58.3)HU,t=5.31,P0.01)。结论:O-MAR技术可有效地减少颅内动脉瘤弹簧圈栓塞术后CTA的金属伪影,纠正植入体周围的CT值,改善图像质量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical value of O-MAR technique in CTA after intracranial aneurysm embolization. Methods: the original data of CTA examination in 25 patients with intracranial aneurysm after embolization were collected. Group A was reconstructed by conventional FBP) and group B was reconstructed by FBP O-MAR. The effect of O-MAR on removing metal artifacts was compared by Mann-Whitney U rank sum test, and the objective indexes (length of artifacts) were compared by paired sample t test or Mann-Whitney U rank sum test. Results the subjective score of group B was significantly higher than that of group A (U0.00P 0.01). The length of artifact in group B was significantly shorter than that in group A (15.4 卤3.2 mm and 38.8 卤7.1 mm respectively). The increase of CT value in group B was much closer to that in normal tissue. The decrease was 35.1 卤12.5 Hu and 137.5 卤58.3 Hu respectively. Conclusion the metal artifact of CTA after embolization of intracranial aneurysms can be effectively reduced by using the technique of 10% O-MAR. Correct the CT value around the implant and improve the image quality.
