不同分子分型乳腺癌磁共振图像特点分析

【摘要】:目的:探讨乳腺癌四种分子分型(luminal A, luminal B, Her2阳性型,三阴型TNBC)的磁共振图像特点的差异。 方法:回顾性分析2012.3-2014.12就诊于浙江大学附属邵逸夫医院肿瘤外科334例女性乳腺癌患者的临床资料,按照免疫组化特点分为Luminal A、Luminal B、Her2阳性型及三阴型(TNBC)乳腺癌,四种分子分型分别有69、171、29、45例,MRI表现包括病灶类型、形态、边缘、内部强化方式、时间信号曲线(TIC)类型,分析各分子分型在MRI表现上的差异。 结果:四种分子分型乳腺癌在形态、边缘及TIC上无显著性差异,而在病灶类型Her2阳性型和三阴型患者病灶类型更倾向于表现为非肿块型病灶(P0.05),三阴性乳腺癌中表现环形强化的比例更高(P0.001); 结论:三阴型乳腺癌在磁共振检查中更倾向表现为非肿块型、环形强化模式。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the difference of magnetic resonance imaging characteristics of luminal A, luminal B, Her2 positive type and triple negative type in breast cancer. Methods: the clinical data of 334 female breast cancer patients in the tumor surgery department of run run run Shaw Hospital affiliated to Zhejiang University were retrospectively analyzed. According to the immunohistochemical characteristics, the patients were divided into Luminal Luminal BU Her2 positive type and triple negative type TNBCC breast cancer. There were 69 / 171 / 2945 cases of Mr imaging, including lesion type, morphology, edge, internal enhancement mode, time signal curve (TICs) type, respectively. The differences in MRI manifestations among the four molecular types were analyzed. Results: there was no significant difference in morphology, edge and TIC between the four types of breast cancer. In the patients with Her2 positive type and triple negative type, the lesion type was more likely to be non-mass type (P0.05), and the proportion of circular enhancement in triple-negative breast cancer was higher than that in triple-negative breast cancer (P 0.001). Conclusion: three negative breast cancer is more prone to non-mass and ring enhancement in MRI.
