中药联合常规化疗对乳腺癌术后患者免疫功能及远期转移复发率的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨中药联合常规化疗对乳腺癌术后患者远期转移复发率及免疫功能的影响。方法将144例乳腺癌术后患者按治疗方法不同分为观察组(86例)和对照组(58例)。对照组给予常规化疗方案治疗,观察组在此基础上配合中药治疗,6个月为1个疗程。比较两组5年复发转移率及治疗前后生活质量评分、中医证候评分、T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果观察组转移复发率为11.63%,显著低于对照组转移复发率的25.86%(P0.05);治疗后,两组生活质量评分较同组治疗前均提高(P0.05),且观察组改善程度显著优于对照组(P0.05);两组中医证候积分、CD4和CD4/CD8较同组治疗前降低(P0.05),CD8较同组治疗前升高(P0.05),且观察组改善程度显著优于对照组(P0.05)。结论中药联合常规化疗可显著降低乳腺癌术后患者的远期转移复发率,改善免疫功能,提高生存质量,值得临床推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional chemotherapy on the long term metastatic recurrence rate and immune function in patients with breast cancer after operation. Methods 144 patients with breast cancer after operation were divided into two groups: observation group (n = 86) and control group (n = 58). The control group was treated with routine chemotherapy. On this basis, the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine for 6 months as a course of treatment. The 5-year recurrence and metastasis rate and the quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results the recurrence rate of T lymphocytes in the observation group was 11.63, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (25.86%, P 0.05). The scores of quality of life in the two groups were higher than those in the same group before treatment, and the improvement degree of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the same group before treatment, and the levels of P0.05 and CD8 in the observation group were higher than those in the same group before treatment, and the course of improvement in the observation group was higher than that in the same group. Conclusion traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional chemotherapy can significantly reduce the long-term metastatic recurrence rate of breast cancer patients after operation. Improving immune function and quality of life is worth popularizing in clinic.
