男性外生殖器犬咬伤5例治疗报告

【摘要】：正2011年1月至2016年1月间我院共收治男性外生殖器犬咬伤病例5例,结合相关文献,对治疗方法进行探讨。资料与方法一、病例资料本组病人5例,4例年龄1~4岁,1例22岁,均为伤后8h内来医院就诊。所有病例在本次犬咬伤前均未注射过狂犬病疫苗,4例未成年男性均按时间要求完成“百白破”疫苗接种。本组病例为不同程度的皮肤
[Abstract]:From January 2011 to January 2016, a total of 5 cases of male external genital dog bite were treated in our hospital. Combined with relevant literature, the treatment methods were discussed. All the patients were admitted to hospital within 8 hours after injury. All the cases had not been injected with rabies vaccine before the dog bite. All the 4 minor males were vaccinated with the vaccine according to the time requirement. The cases were skin of different degree.
