【摘要】：正本刊编辑部发现仍有个别作者一稿两投和一稿两用,为了维护本刊的声誉和广大读者的利益,本刊就一稿两投和一稿两用问题的处理声明如下。1.一稿两投和一稿两用的认定:凡属原始研究的报告,同语种一式两份投寄不同的杂志,或主要数据和图表相同、只是文字表达可能存在某些不同之处的两篇文稿,分别投寄不同的杂志,属一稿两投;一经为两杂志刊用,则为一稿两用。会议纪
[Abstract]:The editorial department of this magazine found that there are still individual authors with two or two contributions and one manuscript, in order to safeguard the reputation of the journal and the interests of the readers. The statement of the journal on the handling of the issue of one draft, two submissions and one draft is as follows. 1.The identification of one draft, two submissions and one draft: all reports of original research are sent to different magazines in two copies in the same language, or the main data and charts are the same. Two manuscripts in which there may be some differences in the expression of words may be sent to different magazines, one draft and two submissions; once used for two magazines, one manuscript is dual-purpose.
