针刀配合骶管注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

【摘要】：目的:观察针刀配合骶管注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的120例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例,治疗组采用针刀配合骶管注射治疗,对照组单纯用针刀治疗,治疗1个疗程后,分别观察疗效。结果:治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为98.33%,高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义,P0.05。结论:针刀配合骶管注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效显著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture knife combined with sacral canal injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 120 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 60) and control group (n = 60). The treatment group was treated with needle knife combined with sacral canal injection, while the control group was treated with acupuncture knife only. After one course of treatment, the curative effect was observed. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.33, which was higher than that of the control group (86.67). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05.Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of acupuncture knife combined with sacral canal injection on lumbar disc herniation is significant.
