本体感觉训练在全膝关节置换术后康复中的应用价值

【摘要】:目的探讨全膝关节置换(TKA)术后康复治疗中加强本体感觉训练对膝关节功能的影响。方法选取2014年2月至2015年12月期间于上海市第一康复医院就诊的28例(32膝)行TKA的术后患者,随机分为实验组(16膝)和对照组(16膝)。对照组采用常规康复治疗,实验组在此基础上增加本体感觉训练。于入院及8周后采用膝关节功能评分——美国纽约特种外科医院(HSS)评分,分别对两组进行治疗评价。符合正态分布的两独立样本均数比较采用t检验;如果不符合正态分布或方差不齐,则选择Mann-Whitney U检验。结果两组患者入院时膝关节功能各项评分间的差异无统计学意义(P0.05);8周后实验组在行走功能[10.0(6.5)分、8.0(6.0)分]、肌力[9.0(2.0)分、8.0(4.0)分]、稳定性[8.0(2.0)分、5.0(3.0)分]较对照组明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 TKA术后采用常规康复治疗加上本体感觉强化训练,可以进一步恢复膝关节功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of proprioceptive training on knee joint function during the rehabilitation of total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Methods 28 patients (32 knees) who were treated with TKA from February 2014 to December 2015 in Shanghai first Rehabilitation Hospital were selected. The experimental group was randomly divided into experimental group (n = 16) and control group (n = 16). The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation therapy, and the experimental group was treated with proprioceptive training. The knee joint function score (HSS) was used after admission and 8 weeks later. T test was used to compare the mean of the two independent samples in accordance with normal distribution, and if it did not conform to normal distribution or variance, Then Mann-Whitney U test was selected. Results there was no significant difference in knee joint function scores between the two groups at admission. After 8 weeks, the walking function (10.0 卤6.5), muscle strength (8.0 卤4.0) and stability (8.02.0) were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group, and the stability of the two groups was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion conventional rehabilitation therapy combined with proprioceptive intensive training after TKA can further restore knee function.
