带蒂大网膜瓣乳腺癌保乳术后肿瘤整形技术

【摘要】：外科手术是治疗乳腺癌的主要方法之一。部分早期乳腺癌患者保乳手术后需要乳房肿瘤整形技术修复乳房外形。乳腺肿瘤整形是近二十年出现的新概念和新技术,包括组织移位和组织替代。带蒂大网膜乳房保乳整形技术是组织替代的一种新方法。该文拟对该领域的研究现状进行系统性阐述。
[Abstract]:Surgery is one of the main methods for the treatment of breast cancer. After breast conserving surgery, some patients with early breast cancer need breast tumor plastic technique to repair breast shape. Breast tumor plastic surgery is a new concept and technology that has emerged in the last two decades. The technique of breast conserving plastic surgery with pedicle greater omentum is a new method of tissue replacement.
