手术麻醉患者呼吸道感染的相关因素分析

【摘要】：目的对手术麻醉患者呼吸道感染的相关因素进行分析,分析引起手术麻醉患者呼吸道感染的危险因素,为预防和护理治疗提供参考。方法选择2013年4月-2015年3月期间医院收集的采用麻醉手术治疗的280例患者临床资料进行整理,对患者一般情况、用药情况、麻醉方式等进行单因素和多因素分析,分析引起手术麻醉患者呼吸道感染的危险因素,并提出预防和护理干预对策。结果 280例手术麻醉患者中,37例患者并发呼吸道感染,感染率13.2%;麻醉导致呼吸道感染患者对应的疾病类型中,神经中枢系统疾病16例占43.2%,胸外科疾病8例占21.6%;Logistic多元回归分析结果显示,年龄、麻醉方式、麻醉路径和抗菌药物使用是导致手术麻醉后呼吸道感染的独立危险因素(P0.05)。结论呼吸道感染与手术麻醉有密切的关系,强化对高龄、全身麻醉、插管麻醉等手术患者的监测,强化麻醉器材的消毒处理,合理使用抗菌药物有助于降低麻醉相关呼吸道感染发生率,提高手术效果,改善预后。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the risk factors of respiratory tract infection in patients undergoing surgical anesthesia. Methods from April 2013 to March 2015, 280 patients with anesthetic surgery were selected and analyzed. The methods of anesthesia were analyzed by single factor and multivariate analysis, and the risk factors of respiratory tract infection were analyzed, and the preventive and nursing intervention measures were put forward. Results 37 of 280 patients with operative anesthesia were complicated with respiratory tract infection. In the patients with respiratory tract infection caused by anesthesia, 16 patients with neurocentral system diseases accounted for 43.2 percent of the disease, and 8 patients with thoracic surgery diseases accounted for 21.66.The results of logistic multiple regression analysis showed that age, anaesthesia style, Anaesthesia pathway and antimicrobial use are independent risk factors for respiratory tract infection after anesthesia. Conclusion Respiratory tract infection is closely related to operative anesthesia, and the monitoring of the elderly, general anesthesia, intubation anesthesia and so on is strengthened. Intensive disinfection of anesthetic equipment and rational use of antimicrobial agents can reduce the incidence of anaesthesis-related respiratory tract infection, improve the operative effect and improve the prognosis.
