脊柱转移瘤临床评估系统进展与治疗现状

【摘要】：肿瘤学的快速发展使癌症患者的生存期较以前明显延长,脊柱转移瘤的临床发病率也随之逐年升高。脊柱转移瘤带来的疼痛与神经功能损害使脊柱转移瘤患者的生活质量明显下降。随着手术及其他辅助治疗技术的发展,治疗观念更新,脊柱转移瘤的治疗逐渐开始向积极转变。尽管已证实积极的治疗有助于提高患者生活质量,国内外学者设计了一系列旨在指导临床治疗方案制定的评估系统,脊柱转移瘤的最佳治疗方案目前仍无法取得一致。本文回顾了近年来脊柱转移瘤相关诊断、临床评估系统、手术及其他综合治疗的进展与现状,并总结了相关临床文献报道做一系统综述。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of oncology patients with cancer survival was significantly longer than before, spinal metastasis clinical incidence also increased year by year. The quality of life of patients with spinal metastases significantly decreased pain and neurological impairment caused by spinal metastatic tumor. With the development of surgery and other auxiliary treatment technology, treatment concept update, gradually began to to actively change the treatment of metastatic spine disease. Though it is proved that active treatment is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients, scholars at home and abroad designed a series of evaluation system to guide the clinical treatment, the best treatment of spinal metastasis is still unable to agree. This article reviews the diagnosis of spinal metastases. The clinical evaluation system, progress and status quo of surgery and other comprehensive treatment, and summarize the clinical reports do a systematic review.
