胰腺内异位副脾一例

【摘要】：正患者女,41岁。因"反复上腹隐痛1年余"入院,体检:上腹部压痛(-),无反跳痛,未触及包块。实验室检查示生化常规及肿瘤标志物均在正常范围。上腹部增强CT扫描可见胰尾部偏背侧一个大小约1.2
[Abstract]:The patient was 41 years old. She was admitted to hospital because of "repeated upper abdominal pain for more than a year." physical examination showed that the upper abdomen had tenderness, and there was no rebound pain. No mass was touched. Laboratory examination showed that biochemical routine and tumor markers were in normal range. Enhanced upper abdominal CT scan showed a size of about 1.2 on the dorsal side of the tail of the pancreas.
