加速康复外科理念在肝胆结石手术治疗的临床应用

【摘要】：目的:探讨肝胆结石治疗采用加速康复外科理念的临床手术治疗效果。方法:将收治入院的96例肝胆结石患者作为研究对象,按入院顺序的单双数分为两组,分别为观察组和对照组,每组48例患者。观察组患者采用加速康复外科理念进行干预,对照组患者给予常规围术期处理,分析对比两组患者的排气时间、住院时间、下床活动时间、住院费用以及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者排气时间[(50.78±5.23)hvs.(79.61±4.52)h]、住院时间[(5.98±9.54)dvs.(9.56±6.98)d]以及下床活动时间[(22.56±6.12)hvs.(53.89±4.45)h]均明显短于对照组(P0.05),住院费用[(32587±1532)元vs.(40541±1809)]元、并发症发生率(25.00%vs.47.92%)明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:加速康复外科理念在肝胆结石治疗的临床应用,有助于胆结石患者的术后早期恢复和并发症的预防,值得推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the treatment of hepatolithiasis.Methods: 96 patients with hepatolithiasis were divided into two groups according to the order of admission: observation group and control group with 48 patients in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery, and the patients in the control group were treated with routine perioperative period.
