多发伤患者急诊室处置时间与死亡的相关性分析

【摘要】：目的:探讨多发伤患者急诊室处置时间长短与死亡的关系,为临床采取各种措施缩短急诊室处置时间、改善预后、提高救治时效性提供依据。方法:收集我院急诊科2013年6月至2014年3月收治的多发伤患者121例,记录患者急诊室处置时间、ISS评分、致伤原因、住院时间、死亡原因等信息,分析急诊室处置时间与死亡的关系。结果:121例多发伤病例中,急诊室处置时间平均为76 min;死亡28例,死亡率23.14%。急诊室处置时间越长,ISS评分越高,死亡率越高。急诊室处置时间≤60 min者死亡率明显低于急诊室处置时间60 min者。结论:多发伤患者急诊室处置时间及ISS值与患者的死亡率呈正相关,急诊室处置时间≤60 min对于降低多发伤患者的死亡率有明显作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between the length of emergency room management and death in patients with multiple injuries, and to provide evidence for clinical measures to shorten emergency room treatment time, improve prognosis and improve the effectiveness of treatment.
