布托啡诺用于剖宫产术中卡前列素不良反应的防治效果

【摘要】：正卡前列素是人工合成的前列腺素F2α的衍生物,常作为强效子宫收缩药用于预防剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力引起的出血,效果明显优于传统的缩宫素~([1])。但是因其作用部位广泛,作用于子宫的同时还可刺激胃肠道、支气管及血管平滑肌,引起恶心、呕吐、胃痛、胸闷、胸痛、血压升高和心动过速等不良反应~([2]),临床工作中应当引起足够重视。本研究主要观察布托啡诺用于防治剖宫产术中卡前列素不良反应的效果,为临床用药提供参考。
[Abstract]:As a derivative of synthetic prostaglandin F _ 2 伪, positive carprostatin is often used as a powerful uterine contraction drug to prevent uterine atony during cesarean section, and the effect is obviously better than that of traditional oxytocin ([1]). But because of its extensive role in the uterus, it can also stimulate gastrointestinal tract, bronchus and vascular smooth muscle, causing nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, chest tightness, chest pain, Adverse reactions such as elevated blood pressure and tachycardia should be paid more attention in clinical work. The purpose of this study was to observe the efficacy of butorphanol in the prevention and treatment of carprostatin adverse reactions during cesarean section.
