【摘要】：正老年急性结石性胆囊炎(acutecalculous cholecystitis,ACC)作为一种常见、多发疾病,有报道指出其发病率高达8%~11%~([1])。腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)作为胆囊良性疾病治疗的金标准,亦是治疗ACC的首选方案~([2-4]),但对老年ACC患者来说,因其机体各脏器功能减退、抵抗力下降,且常合并多种疾5ACC
[Abstract]:Acute cholecystitis cholecystitis (ACCS) is a common and multiple disease in the elderly. It has been reported that the incidence of ACCs is as high as 8%. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) is the gold standard for the treatment of benign diseases of the gallbladder and the first choice for the treatment of ACC ([2-4]). But for elderly patients with ACC, it is often associated with a variety of diseases, such as decreased organ function and decreased resistance.
