负压供给-吸引护创材料在糖尿病足保肢治疗中的应用

【摘要】：目的探讨负压供给-吸引护创材料(适肤态)在糖尿病足创面治疗中的效果。方法通过使用负压供给-吸引护创材料(适肤态)治疗30例糖尿病足并与未使用该护创材料的30例进行对比,统计分析以得出结果。结果试验组经适肤态负压供给-吸引护创材料治疗后创面感染得到有效控制,创面面积缩小,肉芽生长良好,达到植皮的条件。创面平均愈合时间较对照组大大缩短,经用薄中厚皮片游离移植打包后效果满意,植皮成活率达98%。结论负压供给-吸引护创材料(适肤态)能有效地促进创面肉芽生长为封闭创面创造良好基础条件,能降低致残率并缩短疗程,减轻患者的痛苦和经济负担,更易为患者所接受。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of negative pressure supply-suction protective material (skin-adapted) in the treatment of diabetic foot wound. Methods 30 cases of diabetic foot were treated with negative pressure supply-suction nursing material (skin state) and compared with 30 cases without this material. The results were analyzed statistically. Results the infection of wound was effectively controlled, the area of wound was reduced, granulation grew well, and the condition of skin grafting was achieved. The average healing time of the wound was shorter than that of the control group, and the skin graft survival rate was 98%. Conclusion the negative pressure supplying-attracting protective material can effectively promote the growth of wound granulation and create good basic conditions for wound closure. It can reduce the rate of disability, shorten the course of treatment and relieve the pain and economic burden of the patients. More easily accepted by patients.
