腰椎术后切口痛的临床观察

【摘要】：[目的]分析研究腰椎术后切口痛的可能病因。[方法]回顾分析2009年1月~2015年7月本院腰椎术后出现切口痛的患者15例。[结果]11例通过保守治疗明显好转,其余4例因保守治疗无效而行手术切除治疗,术后恢复良好,术后病理提示创伤性神经瘤(traumatic neuroma)形成。[结论]腰椎术后切口痛是引起腰椎术后综合征的常见原因之一,容易误诊。其可能原因是切口神经纤维瘤形成,保守治疗或必要的手术治疗可获得良好效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the possible etiology of incision pain after lumbar vertebra operation. Methods: from January 2009 to July 2015, 15 patients with incision pain after lumbar vertebra operation in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. [results] 11 cases were improved obviously by conservative treatment, the other 4 cases were resected due to the failure of conservative treatment. The postoperative recovery was good. The pathological results showed that traumatic neuroma was formed. Conclusion Lumbar incision pain is one of the common causes of lumbar postoperative syndrome and is easy to be misdiagnosed. It may be due to the formation of incision neurofibroma, conservative treatment or necessary surgical treatment can achieve good results.
