电针疗法联合膀胱功能训练对脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱尿动力学的影响

【摘要】：观察电针疗法联合膀胱功能训练对脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者尿动力学的影响。采用试验性研究方法,将60例患者随机分为对照组和试验组各30例,对照组采用常规膀胱功能训练进行治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加用电针疗法进行干预,对比治疗前和治疗1个月后两组患者尿动力学指标及临床疗效。治疗后试验组最大膀胱容量、膀胱排尿压力、残余尿量改善优于对照组;两组临床疗效比较,试验组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。电针疗法联合膀胱功能训练能有效改善脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱的尿动力学指标,具有良好的疗效。
[Abstract]:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture combined with bladder function training on urodynamics of neurogenic bladder patients after spinal cord injury. 60 patients were randomly divided into control group (n = 30) and experimental group (n = 30). The control group was treated with routine bladder function training, and the experimental group was treated with electroacupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group. The urodynamic indexes and clinical efficacy were compared before treatment and 1 month after treatment. After treatment, the maximum bladder volume, bladder urination pressure and residual urine volume in the trial group were better than those in the control group, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was better than that in the control group (P 0.05). Electroacupuncture combined with bladder function training can effectively improve the urodynamic index of neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury.
