甘露聚糖肽注射对乳腺手术切口感染的预防效果及免疫学指标的临床影响研究

【摘要】：目的 探讨甘露聚糖肽注射对乳腺手术切口感染的预防效果及免疫学指标的临床实际影响,为乳腺手术切口感染的临床预防提供参考借鉴。方法 选取2015年1-8月医院收治的乳腺手术患者132例,根据治疗方法分成研究组和对照组各66例,研究组均于术前1h给予甘露聚糖肽注射液10mg/d,溶于生理盐水中静脉滴注,至术后一周,对照组仅给予相同剂量的生理盐水,观察和比较两组患者切口感染发生率、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、NK等细胞免疫指标和补体C3、C4等免疫功能指标以及住院时间和住院费用。结果 研究组切口感染率为0.00%,低于对照组患者6.06%;手术后研究组患者CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、NK分别为(81.34±9.34)%、(50.42±7.43)%、(1.92±0.84)%、(27.34±9.11)%,高于对照组(66.32±9.51)%、(41.90±5.43)%、(1.43±0.76)%、(19.34±7.43)%;手术后研究组患者补体C3、C4水平分别为(1.05±0.46)g/L、(0.50±0.22)g/L,高于对照组(0.91±0.21)g/L、(0.38±0.15)g/L,且差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 对乳腺手术患者实施治疗过程中,给予甘露聚糖肽注射液治疗可有效预防患者术后切口感染,提升患者机体的免疫水平,缩短住院时间和节省治疗费用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of mannopoly-glycopeptide injection on the prevention of incision infection in breast surgery and the clinical effect of immunological indexes, so as to provide reference for the clinical prevention of incision infection in breast surgery. Methods 132 cases of mammary gland operation were selected from January to August 2015 in our hospital. According to the treatment methods, 132 patients were divided into study group and control group. The patients in the study group were given 10 mg / d mannan peptide injection 1 hour before operation, and were intravenously dripped with normal saline solution. To one week after operation, the control group was only given the same dose of normal saline. The incidence of incision infection in the two groups was observed and compared.
