水中太极对不完全性脊髓损伤患者平衡功能的影响

【摘要】：目的观察水中太极训练对不完全性脊髓损伤患者平衡功能的影响。方法 2015年3月至12月,在常规康复训练基础上,在水中运动训练池中对30例不完全性脊髓损伤患者进行水中太极拳训练,每次30 min,每周5次,共5周。治疗前、后采用Berg平衡量表(BBS)和平衡测试仪对患者进行平衡功能评分以及睁眼和闭眼时重心移动总轨迹长、重心移动面积、重心X轴及Y轴偏移、稳定极限范围及达到目标总时间进行测试。结果训练后BBS评分显著提高(t=-9.652,P0.001);静态睁、闭眼重心移动总轨迹长、重心移动面积明显减小(t3.528,Z-2.590,P0.01);静态睁、闭眼重心X轴及Y轴位移无明显变化(P0.05);动态稳定极限范围明显扩大(t=-4.516,P0.01);到达目标总时间显著缩短(t=4.530,P0.001)。结论水中太极可以提高不完全性脊髓损伤患者的平衡功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Taiji training in water on balance function in patients with incomplete spinal cord injury (sci). Methods from March to December, 2015, 30 patients with incomplete spinal cord injury were treated with Taijiquan in water training pool on the basis of routine rehabilitation training for 30 mins, 5 times a week for 5 weeks. Before and after treatment, Berg balance scale (BBS) and balance tester were used to evaluate the balance function of the patients, and the total trajectory of the center of gravity, the area of the center of gravity, the shift of the X axis and the Y axis of the center of gravity when eyes were opened or closed. Stable limit range and total time to reach the target are tested. Results after training, the BBS score was significantly increased (P 0.001), the total track of the center of gravity was long, the area of the center of gravity was significantly reduced, and the area of the movement of the center of gravity was significantly reduced. The displacement of the X axis and Y axis of the closed eye center had no obvious change (P 0.05), the limit range of dynamic stability was enlarged obviously, and the total time to reach the target was significantly shortened by 4.530g P 0.001g. Conclusion Taiji can improve the balance function in patients with incomplete spinal cord injury.
