乳腺增生症患者采用小剂量托瑞米芬联合消结安胶囊治疗的效果探究

【摘要】：目的分析和探究乳腺增生症患者采用小剂量托瑞米芬联合消结安胶囊治疗的效果。方法选择本院在2014年8月-2016年7月间收治的217例乳腺增生症患者为研究主体。以入院时间为标准,分成A组与B组,A组116例,B组101例。A组给予小剂量托瑞米芬联合消结安胶囊治疗,B组单纯给予消结安胶囊治疗。对比疗效、不良反应情况和起效时间、复发率。结果 A组的治疗总有效率是98.28%,B组是90.10%;A组的不良反应率是6.03%,B组是50.50%;A组的起效时间短于B组,复发率低于B组,对比以上数据,有差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论采用小剂量托瑞米芬联合消结安胶囊治疗乳腺增生症的疗效显著,能够降低用药后的不良反应率,缩短药物的起效时间,减少复发情况发生,是较有效的治疗方法,值得在临床中推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze and explore the effect of low-dose toremifen combined with Xiaojie an capsule in the treatment of breast hyperplasia. Methods 217 patients with breast hyperplasia admitted from August 2014 to July 2016 were selected as subjects. According to the admission time, the patients in group A and group B were divided into two groups: group A (116 cases) and group B (101 cases). Group A was treated with small dose of Toremifen combined with Xiaojie'an capsule. The efficacy, adverse reaction, onset time and recurrence rate were compared. Results the total effective rate of treatment in group A was 98.28 and the adverse reaction rate of group A was 90.100.The adverse reaction rate of group A was 6.03 and that of group B was 50.50.The recurrence rate of group A was lower than that of group B, and the difference was statistically significant compared with that of group B (P 0.05). Conclusion low dose of Toremifen combined with Xiaojiaan capsule is an effective treatment for breast hyperplasia, which can reduce the adverse reaction rate, shorten the onset time and reduce the incidence of recurrence. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
