踝关节滑液血管活性肠肽水平与踝关节创伤性关节炎的相关性

【摘要】：目的探讨踝关节滑液血管活性肠肽水平(VIP)与踝创伤性关节炎(PTAOA)关节软骨破坏,影像学以及症状严重程度的相关性。方法选取在我院进行踝关节镜清理术或关节置换术的患者74例以及正常体检者69例,术前抽取患者的血清和踝关节滑液,影像学分级采用改良踝关节Kellgren-Law-rence(KL)影像学评分系统,患者症状功能评定采用TeenyWiss和AOFAS足踝功能评分系统,软骨组织学退变得分采用改良Mankin得分。应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定患者关节滑液VIP水平,炎症因子IL-6水平以及软骨退变相关因子Ⅱ型胶原C端肽(CTX-Ⅱ)。结果血清VIP水平在患者与正常对照组间比较差异无显著性,关节滑液VIP水平与K-L分级,改良Mankin得分以及IL-6和CTX-Ⅱ呈显著负相关性,此外关节滑液VIP水平与TeenyWiss和AOFAS得分呈正相关。结论踝关节滑液VIP的低表达反映了PTAOA严重程度,可作为PTAOA预后进展的标记物。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between the level of vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIPP) in synovial fluid of ankle and the destruction of articular cartilage, imaging and severity of symptoms in patients with traumatic arthritis of ankle (PTAOAA). Methods 74 cases of ankle arthroscopic debridement or arthroplasty and 69 cases of normal physical examination were selected. The serum and synovial fluid of the patients were collected before operation. Teeny Wiss and AOFAS ankle function scoring system and modified Mankin score were used to evaluate the symptom function of the patients.
