曲安奈德与复方倍他米松治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效对比研究

【摘要】：目的比较曲安奈德与复方倍他米松治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床效果。方法选择80例肱骨外上髁炎患者(共87侧)参加该研究,分为曲安奈德封闭组(40例患者,43侧)和复方倍他米松封闭组(40例患者,44侧);分别进行曲安奈德封闭和复方倍他米松封闭治疗,并观察、评价其临床效果。结果曲安奈德组、复方倍他米松组治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)明显降低、日常生活活动(ADL)评分明显升高;复方倍他米松组治疗前后VAS评分差值(改善程度)较曲安奈德组明显增大(P0.01);复方倍他米松组治疗前后ADL评分差值(改善程度)较曲安奈德组明显增大(P0.01)。结论曲安奈德与复方倍他米松封闭治疗对肱骨外上髁炎均有效,但复方倍他米松封治疗疗效优于曲安奈德。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the clinical effect of triamcinolone acetonide and betamethasone in the treatment of lateral epicondylitis of humerus. Methods Eighty patients (87 sides) with lateral epicondylitis of humerus were enrolled in the study. The patients were divided into triamcinolone acetonide block group (n = 40) and compound betamethasone group (n = 40). Results in triamcinolone acetonide group, visual analogue score (VAS) and ADL score were significantly decreased and ADL scores were significantly increased before and after treatment in compound betamethasone group. Compared with triamcinolone acetonide group, the VAS score difference (improvement degree) of compound betamethasone group was significantly higher than that of triamcinolone acetonide group, and the ADL score difference (improvement degree) of compound betamethasone group was significantly higher than that of triamcinolone acetonide group before and after treatment. Conclusion both triamcinolone acetonide and betamethasone are effective in treating external epicondylitis of humerus, but compound betamethasone is more effective than triamcinolone acetonide.
