手机Sina程序进行幕上病变辅助定位的初步探讨

【摘要】:目的探讨智能手机软件Sina在颅内幕上占位性病变定位中的应用,比较软件测量与标准神经导航测量的偏差。方法筛选幕上病变患者,术前先后使用Sina软件、神经导航系统对病变进行定位。病灶直径为2~6 cm,标志点选定为病灶中心。结果相比于标准神经导航系统,Sina定位误差为(13.6±0.55)mm。误差在方向上没有特异性。使用Sina软件定位与神经导航系统定位确定的病变部位相比的误差有统计学意义。结论 Sina软件可用于在无神经导航条件下幕上占位性病变的定位和术前切口设计,但仍不能取代神经导航系统定位方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the application of smart phone software in the localization of intracranial tentorial space occupying lesions and to compare the deviation between software measurement and standard neuronavigation measurement. Methods the patients with supratentorial lesions were selected. Sina software and neuronavigation system were used to locate the lesions before operation. The diameter of the lesion was 2 ~ 6 cm, and the mark point was selected as the center of the lesion. Results compared with the standard neuronavigation system, the error of Sina localization was 13.6 卤0.55 mm. The error is not specific in direction. The error of using Sina software to locate the lesion is statistically significant compared with that of the location determined by the neuronavigation system. Conclusion Sina software can be used in the localization of supratentorial space occupying lesions and preoperative incision design without neuronavigation, but it is still not a substitute for neuronavigation system localization.
