腹腔镜下成人腹股沟隐匿性疝的手术治疗策略

【摘要】：目的探讨成人腹腔镜下腹股沟疝手术术中发现隐匿性疝时的手术策略。方法对成人腹腔镜下腹股沟疝手术术中发现隐匿性疝时采用分组选择治疗方式,其中对早期隐匿性疝(39例)采用以观察随访为主的处理方式,而对真性隐匿性疝(62例)采用同期手术治疗,回顾分析其临床效果。结果将隐匿性疝采用分组手术策略治疗后,仅有2例隐匿性疝(2%,2/101)发展为有症状的疝,在早期隐匿性疝组为其自然病程,而在真性隐匿性疝组中有1例出现因发生补片排斥现象,余患者预后良好。结论对隐匿性疝采取分组的治疗策略可以获得相对满意的临床疗效,但还需更多的临床试验进一步明确及量化组别。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the operative strategy of occult hernia in adult laparoscopic inguinal hernia surgery. Methods 39 cases of early occult hernia were treated by group selection when occult hernia was found in adult laparoscopic inguinal hernia surgery. 62 cases of true occult hernia were treated with simultaneous operation and their clinical effects were analyzed retrospectively. Results only 2 cases of occult hernia (2 / 101) developed into symptomatic hernia after group operation. In the early occult hernia group, the course of hernia was the natural course, while in the true occult hernia group, one case had the phenomenon of patch rejection. The prognosis of the remaining patients was good. Conclusion the treatment strategy of occult hernia can obtain relatively satisfactory clinical effect, but more clinical trials are needed to further define and quantify the group.
