C2、C3脊神经节与同侧颈上交感神经节之间的神经纤维联系及强度

【摘要】:目的:探讨C2、C3脊神经节与同侧颈上交感神经节之间的神经纤维联系及强度。方法:随机选取新西兰大白兔120只。随机分为12组。(1)C2脊神经节对照组定义为Y1组;C2脊神经实验组定义为Y2组;C3脊神经对照组为Y3组;C3脊神经实验组为Y4组;颈上交感神经节对照组定义为Y5组,颈上交感神经节实验组定义为Y6组,分别给予Y2、Y4、Y6组的C2脊神经、C3脊神经、颈上交感神经节注射荧光金试剂,给予Y1、Y3、Y5组的C2脊神经、C3脊神经、颈上交感神经节注射生理盐水,再继续饲养4天后,取出Y1、Y2、Y3、Y4组的同侧颈上交感神经节,分别取出Y5、Y6组同侧C2、C3脊神经节(定以为Y5-C2、Y5-C3、Y6-C2、Y6-C3组),分别做冰冻切片,然后在荧光显微镜下观察、计数。(2)只解剖颈上交感神经节,取同侧C2神经节组定义为M1,取同侧C3神经节组定义为M3;电刺激颈上交感神经节,取同侧C2神经节组定义为M2组,取同侧C3神经节组定义为M4;只解剖C2神经节,取同侧颈上交感神经节定义为M5;电刺激C2神经节,取同侧颈上交感神经节定义为M6;只解剖C3神经节,取同侧颈上交感神经节定义为M7;电刺激C3神经节,取同侧颈上交感神经节定义为M8;分别行冰冻切片,然后使用免疫组织法检测神经节内去甲肾上腺素、神经肽Y的含量。结果:(1)Y1、Y3、Y5组的均未发现荧光金阳性细胞,Y2、Y4、Y6组均发现荧光金阳性细胞;Y2组与Y4组相比较,Y2组的荧光金阳性细胞数多于Y4组,差异有统计学意义(p0.05);Y6-C2组与Y6-C3组相比较,Y6-C2组的荧光金阳性细胞数多于Y6-C3组,差异有统计学意义(p0.05)。(2)去甲肾上腺素检测:M2组与M1的平均光密度对比,平均光密度较大,差异有统计学意义(p0.05);M4组与M3的平均光密度对比,平均光密度较大,差异有统计学意义(p0.05);M6组与M5的平均光密度对比,平均光密度较大,差异有统计学意义(p0.05);M8组与M7的平均光密度对比,平均光密度较小,差异有统计学意义(p0.05);M6组与M8的平均光密度对比,平均光密度较大,差异有统计学意义(p0.05)。(3)神经肽Y检测:M2组与M1的平均光密度对比,平均光密度较大,差异有统计学意义(p0.05);M4组与M3的平均光密度对比,平均光密度较大,差异有统计学意义(p0.05);M6组与M5的平均光密度对比,平均光密度较大,差异有统计学意义(p0.05);M8组与M7的平均光密度对比,平均光密度较小,差异有统计学意义(p0.05);M6组与M8的平均光密度对比,平均光密度较大,差异有统计学意义(p0.05)。结论:1.C2、C3脊神经节与同侧颈上交感神经节存在神经纤维联系;2.C2脊神经节与同侧颈上交感神经节的联系强度大于C3脊神经与同侧颈上交感神经的联系强度。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the nerve fiber connection and intensity between C _ 2 C _ 3 spinal ganglion and ipsilateral superior cervical sympathetic ganglion. Methods: 120 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly selected. They were randomly divided into 12 groups: group Y1, group Y2, group C 3, group Y3, group C 3, group Y4, and group Y5, the control group of superior cervical sympathetic ganglion, group Y5. The experimental group of superior cervical sympathetic ganglion was defined as Y6 group, which was treated with C2-spinal nerve C3-spinal nerve, supercervical sympathetic ganglion with fluorescent gold reagent, C2-spinal nerve group with C3 spinal nerve and superior cervical sympathetic ganglion with saline. After further feeding for 4 days, the ipsilateral superior cervical sympathetic ganglion (SCG) was removed from Y1OY2Y2OY3OY4 group, and the ipsilateral C2C3 spinal ganglion (Y5-C2C3Y6-C3-Y6-C3 group) was removed respectively, and the frozen sections were made and observed under fluorescence microscope. The ipsilateral C2 ganglion group was defined as M1, the ipsilateral C3 ganglion group was M3, and the ipsilateral C2 ganglion group was defined as M2 group by electrical stimulation of the superior cervical sympathetic ganglion. The ipsilateral C3 ganglion group was defined as M4; only the C2 ganglion was dissected, the ipsilateral superior cervical sympathetic ganglion was defined as M5; the ipsilateral superior cervical sympathetic ganglion was defined as M6 by electrical stimulation of C2 ganglion; only C3 ganglion was dissected. The ipsilateral superior cervical sympathetic ganglion was defined as M7, and the ipsilateral superior cervical sympathetic ganglion was defined as M8 by electrical stimulation of C3 ganglia. The contents of norepinephrine and neuropeptide Y in ganglion were determined by immunomechanical method. Results the number of fluorescent gold positive cells in Y2 group was higher than that in Y4 group, and the number of FG positive cells in Y2 group was higher than that in Y4 group, and the number of FG positive cells in Y2 group was higher than that in Y4 group, and the number of FG positive cells in Y2 group was higher than that in Y4 group, and the number of FG positive cells in Y2 group was higher than that in Y4 group. The number of fluorescent gold positive cells in Y6-C2 group was higher than that in Y6-C3 group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The average optical density of norepinephrine in M _ 2 group was higher than that in M _ 1 group, and the average optical density was higher in Y6-C2 group than in Y6-C3 group. The difference was statistically significant in the average optical density between group M4 and M3, the average optical density was larger than that in group M4, and there was significant difference between group M6 and group M5, and the average optical density of group M6 was higher than that of group M5, and the average optical density of group M6 was higher than that of group M5. The difference was statistically significant in the average optical density between the M8 group and the M7 group, the average optical density was smaller, the difference was statistically significant between the M8 group and the M8 group, and the average optical density was higher. There was significant difference in the average optical density between M 1 and M 2 group. The average optical density of M 2 group was higher than that of M 2 group, and the average optical density of M 3 group was higher than that of P 0.05 M4 group, and the average optical density of M 3 group was higher than that of M 3 group. The difference was statistically significant in the average optical density between the M6 group and the M5 group, the average optical density was larger, the difference was statistically significant between the M8 group and the M7 group, and the average optical density was smaller. The average optical density of M6 group was higher than that of M8 group, and the difference was significant (p 0.05). Conclusion 1. The connection between C _ 2 C _ 3 spinal ganglion and ipsilateral superior cervical sympathetic ganglion is stronger than that between C _ 3 spinal nerve and ipsilateral superior cervical sympathetic ganglia. (2) the connection between C _ 2 spinal ganglion and ipsilateral superior cervical sympathetic ganglion is stronger than that between C _ 3 spinal nerve and ipsilateral superior cervical sympathetic nerve.
