TGFβ1与骨关节炎相关性的荟萃分析

【摘要】：[目的]对转换生长因子β1(transforming growth factorβ1,TGFβ1)与骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)相关性研究的文献进行汇总分析,探讨TGFβ1与OA的相关性。[方法]检索Cochrane Library、Pub Med、Medline、中国生物医学数据库、相关期刊论文、维普数据库和万方数据库,收集至2012年10月公开发表的TGFβ1在OA中表达的病例对照研究。对各研究原始数据进行统计处理,对有同质性数据使用Revman 5.0软件进行Meta分析。[结果]纳入8篇研究,其中OA患者病例组共504例,对照组145例,对2篇研究的Meta分析结果显示,OA组关节液TGFβ1高于正常人群组[MD=453.42,95%CI(291.49,615.35)],描述性分析结果显示OA患者TGFβ1在血清中含量低于正常人群,在滑膜组织的表达中不一致。[结论]血清和关节液TGFβ1浓度是OA相对独立的炎症反应指标,TGFβ1的表达与OA存在相关性,可能在OA的发生过程中起重要作用,这对OA的病因、治疗和预防有重要参考价值。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the correlation between transforming growth factor 尾 1(transforming growth factor 尾 1TGF- 尾 1 and osteoarthritis. [methods] the Cochrane Library Pub Medline, Chinese Biomedical Database, Chinese Journal Full-text Database, Weip Database and Wanfang Database were searched. A case-control study on the expression of TGF 尾 1 in OA was published in October 2012. The original data were statistically processed, and the homogeneous data were analyzed by Revman 5.0 software. [results] A total of 504 cases of OA patients and 145 cases of control group were included in 8 studies. Meta-analysis of the two studies showed that TGF 尾 1 in synovial fluid of OA group was higher than that in normal group (MDD 453.42 ~ 95 CI 291.49615.35). Descriptive analysis showed that TGF 尾 _ 1 in serum of OA patients was lower than that in normal subjects, and the expression of TGF 尾 _ 1 in synovial tissue was not consistent. [conclusion] the concentration of TGF 尾 1 in serum and joint fluid is a relatively independent inflammatory response index of OA. The expression of TGF 尾 1 may play an important role in the pathogenesis, treatment and prevention of OA.
