【摘要】：正随着心血管外科技术的不断发展,虽然越来越多的复杂紫绀型先天性心脏病(简称先心病)患儿能够直接通过外科手术获得功能上,甚至解剖上的矫治,但仍有相当一部分患者由于病变条件的限制如肺动脉瓣闭锁,肺血管发育差而无法一期手术根治,这就需要尽早行姑息性手术以促进其发育,以期获得二期手术机会,其中部分患者甚至最终无法二期矫治。本文对
