骨骼肌中脂肪沉积及其调节机制

【摘要】：正常状态下骨骼肌中有一定量脂滴存在,在骨骼肌急性损伤、肌营养不良症、肌萎缩、肥胖和糖尿病等病理状态下,骨骼肌中脂肪沉积增多,并在上述疾病发生和发展中发挥重要作用。但骨骼肌中脂肪沉积发生和发展的具体调节机制尚不够清楚,阐明骨骼肌中脂肪沉积的关键信号途径和调控因子,发掘改善骨骼肌脂肪沉积的新途径和新方法,不仅将有助于加深我们对上述疾病发病机制的认识,还有望为治疗这些疾病提供新的思路。本文综述了骨骼肌中脂肪沉积及其调控的研究进展和主要机制。
[Abstract]:There is a certain amount of lipid droplets in skeletal muscle under normal condition. In the pathological state of skeletal muscle such as acute injury, muscular dystrophy, muscle atrophy, obesity and diabetes, fat deposition in skeletal muscle increases. And play an important role in the occurrence and development of the disease. However, the specific regulation mechanism of the occurrence and development of fat deposition in skeletal muscle is not clear. The key signal pathways and regulatory factors of fat deposition in skeletal muscle are clarified, and new ways and methods to improve fat deposition in skeletal muscle are explored. It will not only help to deepen our understanding of the pathogenesis of these diseases, but also provide new ideas for the treatment of these diseases. In this paper, the progress and main mechanism of fat deposition and its regulation in skeletal muscle are reviewed.
