【摘要】：正急性坏死性筋膜炎首先由Jones于1871年描述,1952年由Wilson正式命名~([1])。它是一种罕见但致命的软组织感染,以浅筋膜和相邻组织的迅速扩展性坏死为特征,常伴有全身中毒性休克。在发病初期其发病部位的皮肤主要表现为红斑与温度明显升高等,然后逐渐出现水疱及破溃流脓等现象,而在早期握雪感与组织坏死等典型症状比较少见,易与蜂窝组织炎、丹毒及气性坏疽等相混淆,常常误诊~([2])。本病常常是
[Abstract]:Acute necrotizing fasciitis was first described by Jones in 1871 and officially named by Wilson in 1952. It is a rare but fatal soft tissue infection characterized by rapidly expanding necrosis of the superficial fascia and adjacent tissues, often accompanied by systemic toxic shock. In the early stage of the disease, the skin of the diseased area mainly showed erythema and increased temperature, and then appeared blisters and ruptured pus gradually, but in the early stage, typical symptoms such as snow grip and tissue necrosis were relatively rare and easy to be associated with cellulitis.
