麻醉机通气系统细菌感染与全身麻醉患者术后肺部感染的相关性

【摘要】：目的了解麻醉机通气系统细菌感染与全身麻醉患者术后肺部感染的相关性,预防全身麻醉患者术后出现肺部医院感染。方法选择2013年-2015年收治的384例气管插管全身麻醉患者为研究对象,根据菌落检出结果相应的对患者进行分组,分为感染组64例与非感染组320例,比较两组病例术后肺部医院感染发生情况。结果 384例患者术后出现肺部医院感染20例,感染率为5.21%;在所有患者使用的麻醉机通气系统取1 536份标本,检出细菌的有64份,阳性率为4.17%;由64份细菌阳性标本中共检出69株病原菌,以革兰阳性菌为主,共42株占60.87%;Pearson直线相关分析结果表明,术前麻醉机通气系统感染和术后肺部医院感染呈正相关(r=0.514,P0.05)。结论麻醉机通气系统经消毒之后仍存在较低比例的细菌感染,通过控制麻醉机通气系统的细菌感染能预防全身麻醉患者术后肺部感染。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between bacterial infection of anesthetic ventilation system and postoperative pulmonary infection in patients with general anesthesia, so as to prevent nosocomial infection of lung after general anesthesia. Methods 384 patients with tracheal intubation general anesthesia were selected from 2013 to 2015. According to the results of colony detection, the patients were divided into infected group (n = 64) and non-infected group (n = 320). The incidence of nosocomial pulmonary infection was compared between the two groups. Results there were 20 cases of nosocomial infection of lung after operation in 384 patients, the infection rate was 5.21. In all the patients, 1,536 specimens were taken from the anesthetic ventilator system, 64 samples of bacteria were detected. The positive rate was 4.17, 69 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected from 64 bacterial positive specimens, 42 strains were mainly Gram-positive bacteria, the results of Pearson linear correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between preoperative anesthetic ventilation system infection and postoperative pulmonary nosocomial infection (r = 0.514 P 0.05). Conclusion there is still a low proportion of bacterial infection in anesthetic ventilation system after disinfection, and the control of bacterial infection in anesthetic ventilation system can prevent postoperative pulmonary infection in patients with general anesthesia.
