【摘要】：正我国心脏康复处于快速发展期,截至2016年我国成立的心脏康复中心已超过200余家。建立标准化、规范化体系是心脏康复在我国继续健康发展的关键。我国的冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)治疗人数逐年增加,CABG后Ⅰ期康复是心脏功能恢复、建立患者康复意识等的关键时期,CABG患者在住院期间这一阶段最容易干预、患者依从性最高。近年研究证明,院内开始康复可显著降低心血管事件和死亡率,缩短住院时间,
[Abstract]:Heart rehabilitation in China is in a period of rapid development. By 2016, more than 200 heart rehabilitation centers have been established in China. Establishing standardized and standardized system is the key to the healthy development of cardiac rehabilitation in China. The number of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) in China is increasing year by year. The first stage of rehabilitation after CABG is the recovery of cardiac function. The key period of establishing patients' rehabilitation consciousness is that the patients with CABG are most likely to intervene during the period of hospitalization, and the compliance of patients with CABG is the highest. Recent studies have shown that beginning hospital rehabilitation can significantly reduce cardiovascular events and mortality and shorten hospital stay.
