生肌玉红膏促进痔疮术后创面愈合的临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的：观察生肌玉红膏促进混合痔术后创面愈合的作用方法：将符合纳入观测标准的混合痔术后患者80例随机分为两组,治疗组40例,对照组40例。治疗组术后给予创面生肌玉红膏油纱条换药,3g/次,一日2次；对照组术后给予创面凡士林油纱条换药,3g／次,一日2次。两组均以10d为1疗程,对术后第2、6、10天进行观察比较。对创面肛门疼痛、水肿及渗液程度进行观察,并选定创面面积、创面愈合时间、创口愈合率作为创口修复指标,将其按无、轻、中、重分别计为0、1、2、3分,对治疗前以及治疗后进行观察统计分析。结果：应用生肌玉红膏术后换药,总有效率为97%,对照组的总有效率为90%。经过统计学处理,两组疗效有显著性差异(P0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P0.05)。治疗组在加速创面愈合时间、促进创面愈合、缓解肛门疼痛、消除水肿等方面与对照组存在显著性差异(P0.05)。结论：生肌玉红膏具有的活血祛腐,解毒镇痛,润肤生肌等功效,不仅可消除混合痔术后创面的炎症肿胀,促进创面愈合,还可明显减轻肛门病术后创口疼痛、水肿、出血、渗出等不良反应及并发症,值得在肛肠疾病术后换药中推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the effect of Shengji Yuhong ointment on the healing of wound healing after mixed hemorrhoids operation: 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in the treatment group and 40 cases in the control group. Conclusion: Shengji Yuhong ointment has the effect of activating blood and removing rot, detoxifying and relieving analgesic and emollient muscle, which can not only eliminate the inflammatory swelling of the wound and promote wound healing after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids, but also reduce the wound pain, edema, bleeding, exudation and so on after the operation of anus. Adverse reactions and complications are worthy of application in anorectal surgery after dressing change.
