MSCT曲面重建对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值

【摘要】：目的:探讨MSCT曲面重建对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法:搜集本院300例急性阑尾炎病例,分析在横断面、矢状面、冠状面以及曲面重建显示方法下对阑尾全程显示率。结果:在横断面、矢状面、冠状面以及曲面重建阑尾全程显示率分别约为5.67%、5.00%、7.33%和98.67%,曲面重建与其他方法显示差异有统计学意义。结论:曲面重建对急性阑尾炎时阑尾的全程显示率明显高于横断面、矢状面以及冠状面重建,曲面重建对急性阑尾炎的诊断具有较大价值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the diagnostic value of MSCT surface reconstruction in acute appendicitis. Methods: 300 cases of acute appendicitis in our hospital were collected, and the overall display rate of appendicitis was analyzed under cross section, sagittal plane, coronal plane and curved surface reconstruction. Results: the whole course display rate of appendix reconstruction on cross section sagittal plane coronal plane and curved surface was about 5.675.007.33% and 98.67% respectively. The difference between curved surface reconstruction and other methods was statistically significant. Conclusion: the overall display rate of acute appendicitis with curved surface reconstruction is significantly higher than that of cross section, sagittal and coronal reconstruction. Surface reconstruction is of great value in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.
