【摘要】：正随着现代社会人口老龄化的加剧,骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,OVCFs)的发病率越来越高,据统计,全世界每年大约发生骨质疏松椎体骨折140万例。椎体内裂隙征(intravertebral cleft,IVC)最早见于1978年Maldague~([1])的报道,作者最先描述了此现象:椎体压缩骨折的患者在伸展位时,X
[Abstract]:With the aging of modern society, the incidence of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture) is increasing. According to statistics, there are about 1.4 million cases of osteoporotic vertebral fracture every year in the world. The intravertebral cleft sign was first reported in 1978 by Maldague1. The authors first described this phenomenon: the patients with vertebral compression fractures were exposed to X during extension.
