关节腔内重复注射血小板裂解液治疗早期膝骨关节炎疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:探讨关节腔内重复注射血小板裂解液治疗早期膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2011年10月~2015年5月106例(141膝)早期膝骨关节炎患者,行关节腔内注射血小板裂解液,每周2次,5次为1个疗程,随访12~18个月(平均16.7个月),对治疗前及治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月进行的西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分和美国膝关节协会(AKS)评分进行比较,评估疗效。结果:治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月与治疗前相比,WOMAC评分显著降低(P0.01),疼痛减轻,僵硬程度减轻,关节功能受限程度降低。AKS评分比较结果显示治疗后患者临床症状明显减轻,关节功能包括活动度和稳定性得到一定程度的恢复。所有患者治疗后均未出现并发症,患者满意度高。结论:关节腔内重复注射血小板裂解液治疗早期膝骨关节炎临床效果肯定,能减轻症状并提高生活质量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of repeated injection of platelet lysis fluid in the treatment of early knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 106 patients (141 knees) with early knee osteoarthritis in our hospital from October 2011 to May 2015 were treated with intraarticular injection of platelet lysis fluid, twice a week for 5 times as a course of treatment. All patients were followed up for 12 to 18 months (mean 16.7 months). The results were compared with the American knee Association (AKS) scores and WOMAC scores before treatment and 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after treatment. Results: one month, three months, six months and twelve months after treatment, the scores of WOMAC were significantly lower than those before treatment (P0.01), the pain was relieved, the degree of stiffness was alleviated, and the degree of limited joint function was reduced. The results showed that the clinical symptoms of the patients were obviously reduced after treatment. Joint function includes a certain degree of recovery of motion and stability. All the patients had no complications after treatment, and their satisfaction was high. Conclusion: repeated injection of platelet lysate into articular cavity is effective in the treatment of early knee osteoarthritis, which can relieve symptoms and improve quality of life.
