复方蜈蚣颗粒在慢性跟骨骨髓炎腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣转移术后的应用
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of compound centipede granule after sural neurovascular flap transfer in chronic calcaneal osteomyelitis. Methods: from January 2012 to December 2015, 46 consecutive cases of chronic calcaneal osteomyelitis were diagnosed in Wendeng whole bone hospital of Shandong province, including 43 cases of male 34 cases and 9 cases of female aged 22-64 years. Patients were divided into two groups according to whether to take compound centipede granules after sural neurovascular flap transfer. The pain scores of the patients were collected on the 15th day after operation, the wound healing on the 15th day, the infection index at the 1st week and the 6th month, the recurrence of osteomyelitis and the satisfaction degree of the patients at the last follow-up, and the AOFAS ankle-hind foot score at the last follow-up to evaluate the curative effect. Results: the follow-up time was 9-13 months (mean 11.3 months). There was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups on the first day after operation. The pain score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group on the 15th day after operation; the experimental group was superior to the control group on the 15th day after operation; the infection index test group was superior to the control group at 1 week and the first month after operation. There was no significant difference in infection index between the two groups at the 6th month; the recurrence rate and satisfaction degree of the last follow-up group were better than those of the control group; the AOFAS ankle-hind foot score test group at the last follow-up was superior to the control group. Conclusion: compound centipede granule can improve postoperative pain, promote postoperative wound healing, improve the recurrence rate and satisfaction of patients with short-term osteomyelitis, and improve the function of ankle-hind foot. It is a safe and effective drug for the treatment of chronic calcaneal osteomyelitis with sural neurovascular flap transfer.
