藻酸盐敷料在慢性窦道治疗中的临床观察

【摘要】：目的探讨藻酸盐敷料在慢性窦道治疗中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2011年2月-2015年6月49例慢性窦道患者,其中对照组(传统换药组)26例,采用传统方式换药;试验组(藻酸盐敷料组)23例,应用藻酸盐等创面敷料填塞窦道,形成并维持窦道湿润环境,促进窦道愈合。结果试验组与对照组平均愈合时间分别为(30.5±4.4)、(37.3±3.7)d,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);试验组与对照组平均换药次数分别为(10.4±2.7)、(18.7±2.0)次,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);试验组患者换药时疼痛感较对照组轻,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论应用藻酸盐湿性治疗技术治疗慢性窦道,疗效确切,治疗时间短,换药次数少,可减轻患者疼痛,值得临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of alginate dressing in the treatment of chronic sinus. Methods A retrospective analysis of 49 patients with chronic sinus from February 2011 to June 2015 was made, including 26 cases in the control group (traditional dressing group) and 23 cases in the alginate dressing group, in which alginate wound dressing was used to fill the sinus tract. Form and maintain the wet environment of the sinus and promote the healing of the sinus. Results the average healing time of the trial group and the control group was (30.5 卤4.4), (, 37.3 卤3.7) days, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the average times of dressing change between the test group and the control group were (10.4 卤2.7), (18.7 卤2.0), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the application of alginate wettable therapy in the treatment of chronic sinuses is effective, short treatment time, less times of dressing change, can alleviate the pain of patients, and is worth popularizing.
