磁共振小视野表面线圈在距骨软骨损伤成像中的应用
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the accuracy of proton density weighted imaging (2D-FSE-PD), 3D variable rotation fast spin echo sequence (3D-SPACE) and small FOV surface coil 2D-FSE-PD sequence in the imaging of cartilage injury of talus. Methods 43 patients (45 ankle joints) underwent 2D-FSE-PD and 3D-SPACE sequence scanning with boot coils and then replaced with small FOV surface coils for 2D-FSE-PD imaging. The results of arthroscopic examination were taken as gold standard to compare the coincidence rate of three scanning methods in displaying talus cartilage injury. Results the coincidence rate of 2D-FSE-PD sequence of small FOV surface coil was 86.67% (39 / 45), that of boot coil 2D-FSE-PD sequence was 60.00% (27 / 45), and that of boot coil 3D-SPACE sequence was 68.89% (31 / 45). The coincident rate of 2D-FSE-PD sequence in small FOV surface coil was higher than that in boot coil 3D-SPACE sequence (蠂 2 / 24.114) and 2D-FSE-PD sequence (蠂 ~ 2 / 2 / 8.182 / P0. 001), but there was no significant difference between 3D-SPACE sequence of boot coil and 2D-FSE-PD sequence (蠂 ~ 2 / 2 / 0. 776 / P ~ 0. 125). Conclusion compared with boot coil 2D-FSE-PD and 3D-SPACE sequence, small FOV surface coil 2D-FSE-PD imaging can better display talus cartilage injury.
