基于文献计量学和社会网络分析法分析国内椎间盘退变领域的研究热点和发展趋势
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the research results and development trends of the core authors and academic teams in the field of intervertebral disc degeneration in China from the point of view of social network analysis with the method of literature measurement. Methods: the key words "degeneration", "degenerative change" and "lumbar vertebrae", "intervertebral disc", "cervical vertebra", "thoracic vertebra" and "waist" were combined to search the published journals published in three Chinese electronic databases. There is no limit to the publishing time of the Chinese periodical full-text database (CNKI), Wanfang data knowledge service platform (Wanfang Data) and the Chinese biomedical literature database (CBM),. The retrieval date is May 4 2015. Regex Buddy software is used to extract data information. The evaluation of core authors and academic teams adopts the method of combining Price's law and comprehensive index. The results of data mining are visualized by Netdraw software. Analyze the academic thoughts, current situation and development trend of each team. Results: a total of 3361 Chinese articles were included in the study, 54 core authors and 10 academic teams were excavated. The results show that the research in this field is mainly focused on the following hot areas: pathogenesis and drug action mechanism (1964 articles, 58.43% of the total), surgical related studies (1035 articles, 30.79% of the total), cell and molecular biology studies (979 papers, 58.43% of the total), Biomechanical studies (854, 25.41%), zoology (686, 20.41%) and image-related studies (348, 10.35%) accounted for 29.13% of the total. Conclusion: the study of mechanism is a hot topic in the field of intervertebral disc degeneration at present. The mechanism of degeneration has been discussed from the animal level, cell level and molecular level. How to transform the achievements of basic research into clinical intervention and delay or even reverse the degenerative change of intervertebral disc effectively may become the development direction of future research.
