白藜芦醇对兔膝骨关节炎的保护作用

【摘要】：[目的]研究白藜芦醇对兔膝骨性关节炎模型的保护作用。[方法]将40只成年新西兰兔(限雄性)作为实验兔,随机分为5组,正常组、模型组、低剂量白藜芦醇组、中剂量白藜芦醇组、高剂量白藜芦醇组,模型组及白藜芦醇组采用Hulth经典方法造骨关节炎模型。术后4周造模成功,各组分别干预,10周后行X线片检测,并取膝关节标本行HE染色、Mankins评分、micro CT扫描,数据作统计学处理。[结果]与模型组相比,白藜芦醇处理组的X线膝关节间隙改变和镜下软骨退变明显减轻。此外,白藜芦醇组的组织学Manking评分和micro CT的软骨下骨骨量体积比(BV/TV)及骨小梁数目(Tb.N)值也以剂量依赖的方式减低,各组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。[结论]白藜芦醇能防止关节软骨退变,从而延缓骨关节炎进程。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the protective effect of resveratrol on rabbit knee osteoarthritis model. [methods] Forty adult New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal group, model group, low dose resveratrol group, middle dose resveratrol group and high dose resveratrol group. The model group and resveratrol group were used to establish osteoarthritis model with Hulth classical method. The model was successfully established 4 weeks after operation. Each group was intervened respectively. After 10 weeks X-ray examination was performed. The knee joint specimens were stained with HE and Mankins score was scanned by, micro CT. The data were processed statistically. [results] compared with the model group, the X-ray changes of knee joint space and the degeneration of cartilage in resveratrol treated group were significantly reduced. In addition, resveratrol group's histological Manking score, micro CT subchondral bone volume ratio (BV/TV) and bone trabecular number (Tb.N) were also decreased in a dose-dependent manner, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). [conclusion] resveratrol can prevent articular cartilage degeneration and delay the progress of osteoarthritis.
