改性PMMA骨水泥的临床研究进展

【摘要】:椎体成形技术的快速发展使得用以治疗由骨质疏松引发的椎体骨折的PMMA骨水泥面临极大的需求,尤其是我国人口老龄化加剧,迫切需要赋予PMMA骨水泥一定生物活性,以延长有效的支撑时间,避免二次手术。阐述了羟基磷灰石、磷酸三钙、生物陶瓷等活性组分对PMMA骨水泥改性后,其力学性能和生物活性方面的研究现状,为其在临床应用奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of vertebroplasty technology, PMMA bone cement, which is used to treat vertebral fracture caused by osteoporosis, is in great demand. Especially, the aging of population in our country is becoming more and more serious, so it is urgent to give PMMA bone cement a certain biological activity. To extend the effective support time, to avoid secondary surgery. The research status of PMMA bone cement modified by hydroxyapatite, tricalcium phosphate and bioceramics was reviewed, which laid a foundation for its clinical application.
