2013年国际神经监测学组甲状腺及甲状旁腺术中喉上神经外支监测指南解读

【摘要】：术中神经监测可用于识别喉上神经外支并评估其功能完整性,有助于保护病人音质、音调。国际神经监测学组基于MEDLINE数据库(1950-2013年)中喉上神经外支相关文献,撰写了甲状腺及甲状旁腺术中喉上神经外支监测指南,旨在提高甲状腺及甲状旁腺手术中喉上神经外支监测的实用性和可操作性。该指南对EBSLN的解剖分型、病理生理及其术中保护方法和适应证均做了详细阐述。
[Abstract]:Intraoperative nerve monitoring can be used to identify and evaluate the functional integrity of the superior laryngeal nerve and to protect the patient's sound quality and tone. Based on the MEDLINE database (1950-2013), the international neuromonitoring team wrote a monitoring guide for the external branch of the superior laryngeal nerve in thyroid and parathyroid gland surgery. To improve the practicability and maneuverability of monitoring the superior laryngeal nerve in thyroid and parathyroid surgery. This guide describes in detail the anatomical classification, pathophysiology, intraoperative protection and indications of EBSLN.
